Kolopa's,latisha and Tahliyah Theseus and the Minotaur - Maths





Task description: This week Me and my buddy’s kolopa and Tahliyah worked really really hard on this task for maths this week.It took us about like three days to finish this task all together and to publish it on our blogs! It was fun doing it together. It was kinda hard but we got through it and finished it together.This task is about maths but in a maze. Hope you enjoyed me and my buddy’s task for maths this week.

Task description:

Today for writing we did a KIA kaha te reo Maori. we were aloud to work in buddies so i worked with kolopa we spent 25 minutes on this because it was a bit hard but we got through it. we enjoy working together.

This morning room 3 did Te whare tapa wha - Taha whanau. this is about what we would have for weddings. we would have flowers,cook island donuts,coconut rolls,cook island dance and the cook island flag.

If the wedding was in cook islands you would have a boat to take you around the island and show you different parts of the island would be like.

On 14 September 1972 people have stopped talk Maori.
In 1972 30,000 signatures (to parliament  to)  we delivered to safeguard the Maori language.

Maori Language.


* safeguard Means to protect.



* The Maori language needed to be protected.



*  3 why reasons why i think it needed to be protected?

* so the languages can  be used in the future.

* Not dead, the language  is alive, prime language.

* because it is  apart of everyone's life.

On Monday we had to do a whare tapa wha about Taha tinana / sports. we watched a video from Tongan people about what they do for there sports in tonga.
