1. Attending all my medical appointments
2. keeping up with my immunisations
3.keeping hydrated by having my bottle of water everyday
4. my mum and dad all ways make sure we have veges and fruits daily
5. we have a first aid kit in case of little accidents like falls or cuts
6. my mum takes me to the optometrist to make sure my vision is good
7. we have panadol for main relief
8. my mum makes sure i have a lot of sleep
9. play netball and active sports to keep fit
10. Having a shower daily to keep me healthy and clean
